Help!!! Theme Not packing correctly in carbide.ui 4.3

i have been using carbide.ui 4.1 for over a year now
i recently updated carbide.ui 4.3
now my s60v5 themes are displaying some bugs.
they show all previews in carbide as i want them
but when i pack and install my theme, by idle background is just not there and a white screen comes in front of it...
and even my softkeys are not showing properly
when i checked the .sis file, i found that it was just 72kb (unusual for a theme with 2 bmp backgrounds...)
i did not face such issues in 4.1.
please help..

You've uninstalled Carbide 4.1?
I have the Carbide 4.3 and I not have been problems when packaging.

Use vector drawings, not bmp; here is probably problem.

Some pictures, help to see the type of your problem.

i found out the problem.
apparently my project files were corrupted...
