teemup I need a idea regarding api's and some example prjects which makes building my appplication easier.

You can use for example CMMFDevVideoRecord class to record video and RTP protocol to send it to server. Google is your friend to search information about those topics.

As teemup said, it is very complicated thing to do - and based on your earlier questions I got the impression you are unable to accomplish it yourself. And please don't expect anyone to write / send you the source code for free. There are currently apps in Nokia Store doing something similar, see content item 79540 for example. Maybe you could try contacting the developer.
