In my app,I need to make an animation i.e,by clicking a button a Transparent message box should flip from bottom containing buttons.please can any1 help me am a newbie??

First, create your message box with blend.
Second, create a storyboard on blend to change the opacity of the message box.
Third, attach ControlStoryboardAction to your button to play the storyboard.

Yes, what Yogesh mentions is right..
Look for Storyboard; DoubleAnimation classes in Silverlight.
Creating the animation ( Storyboard ) can be easier in Blend but if its dynamic you code it.
