    If this feature/functionality is missing from Windows Phone, Nokia (and even less developers here) have little chance of adding features to Windows Phone, as it is Microsoft's operating system, and Microsoft alone controls what's in it.

    As Pertib said, MS alone can add such feature.

    You may see this feature in upcoming Windows phone 8.

    I don't think USSD is supported on WP8? Anyone have tried it?

    I confirm it works fine on Orange France network with a Lumia 920 :
    1. Launch the native Dial application
    2. Dial #123# code

    As result it displays a USSD Orange Menu.
