Show error when the program exits!

Previously I have a tools or applications, when the error message will appear when the program runs and exits. but I reinstall the operating system can not remember what it was? Can anybody help me!

1) we generally use old SDK's help: \Symbian\9.1\S60_3rd_MR\S60Doc\_index.chm to understand code meanings
2) if you're talked about Symbian OS (phone firmware update) then ErrRd.SISX should be installed to phone.
