Unable to access RDA for 5 days!

I've been trying to test my theme on nokia devices for 5 days. I can't access the device pool because I keep getting an error:

The page you are looking for is temporarily unavailable.

Please try again later.

Please tell me if the service is down. I must check a nokia E6...

Before I get the "temporary unavailable" error it tells me every time:

The change you wanted was rejected.

Maybe you tried to change something you didn't have access to. Leaving a web form open for too long before submitting it will also lead to this error.

It is probably some local problem. If you check the neighbouring discussions, http://www.developer.nokia.com/Commu...ast-4-days-now and http://www.developer.nokia.com/Commu...er-java-update, while there may be glitches on the Java side, no one else (*) reports issues about being the page itself unreachable.

EDIT: I have tried it again now, it just works. Consider cleaning your cache, cookies, etc.
EDIT2: (*) well, the owner of the other thread reports the same message again

Ugh! I turned my firewall off, but it still doesn't work... I'll try it out on the bootcamp partition with windows 8...

THIS is absolutely ridiculous! I tried tonight a windows xp pc from Romania, and the rda page still gives that annoying error! So far, I've tried to connect to rda from England, France, and Romania! It clearly isn't my fault- not my computer, not my software, not the firewall, not my internet connection... Are there any country restrictions?! Please do investigate further into this matter...
