Hi nokia team
I programmed Qt program and i want to publish it on your store but i cant register as publisher because i don't have visa card account (we don't use visa card or any other account like visa in Iraq) so please find to me way to publish my app
the app very useful for student,and as you know , the school year is about to begin,

use paypal then fund transfer. Or u can use master card. Ask ur local bank or if not a foreign bank if any for more details. You may need to start a new bank account with visa or Master or Paypal

i know that but the procedure of crating account is to store at least 500$ in the bank in order to take visa card or master and this card is not usable in Iraq, what i mean i must pay 500$ to use just 1 euro

Do you have a friend or a relative that already has a suitable credit card, and allows you to handle the payment using that?
