I was told they never got the money from credit cards and carriers for me so its another months wait.

Its not like the money will disappear you will get more the next month, i am annoyed too. Even if you break the 100EUR per month it doesnt mean anything unless they have the funds to release.

I suggest you contact developer support and see if they have any funds to release for you
