    hii is there belle emulator just like s40 emulator....for testing apps

    There is an emulator in the Symbian/S60/Anna/Belle SDKs, but it can only run apps compiled for the emulator during development/debugging, but not apps compiled for being run on the phones. So, if you wish to run on a PC finished apps that are intended to be run on a phone, then there is no PC-based emulator for such.
