    Hi,

    I don't have account in Symbian signed.com. Previously there was online signing for basic capabilities, Can I do something like that?

    The open signed online was discontinued sometime ago. Anyway, as the homepage says: https://www.symbiansigned.com/signedui/welcome you should be able to get develolper certificate for your own apps from there still.
