Header Bar

Hi

In Qt QML there is a possibility to create a toolbar at the bottom with help of ToolBarLayout, however on various pages there is a talk about a ToolBar as well but I can not find any direct information of it.

Is there a component, similar to ToolBarLayout, that create a header bar at the top of the screen ?
