Symbian Belle on N8 waisting memory

Despite the serveral posts I've read about memory saving, hacking confguration to store e-mail on Massive Device, I haven't found an official procedure to do the following things.

After trying a Full reset of my phone, I couldn't restore network setting and after reconfiguring Exchange without restoring data from my PC, the problem happens again.
NOT ENOUGH MEMORY

1.- Use massive memory or memory card to store personal Information, mail, contacts
2.- Define specific location for SMS and MMS

Colateral issues:
1.- No Wifi or APN restoring
2.- Impossible to configure MMS APN

Does anybody knows what to do without developing??!?!?!?!
