RDA - Required Application access not granted

Hello!

I sign my app dev cert for RDA devices

but when I 'm trying install my app on remote device
i get error - "Required Application access not granted"

My app capability (3 exe files):
NetworkServices NetworkControl ReadDeviceData ReadUserData WriteDeviceData WriteUserData
PowerMgmt SwEvent
SwEvent LocalServices ReadUserData WriteUserData NetworkServices ReadDeviceData WriteDeviceData NetworkControl Location CommDD

The certificate includes all Symbian capabilities except those that require manufacturer approval (so AllFiles, DRM & TCB are excluded).

Also i use uids from protected range.

I would re-check that you are indeed using the right certificate, and it is indeed having all the capabilities you are using.
