Porting the PH7 Embedded PHP Engine to the Symbian Platform

Hello,
I'm porting a C/C++ application to the Symbian platform that works with PHP scripts and interact with its users using dynamic web interfaces.
The web interfaces are powered by the PH7 Embedded PHP engine (http://ph7.symisc.net) which allow C/C++ host applications to run PHP scripts in process and is written in ANSI C.
My question is: Does the Symbian development team have already ported the PH7 engine or must do this manually?
