"Required application access not granded " message displyed when installing symbian f

I got an error message "Required application access not granded " whenever I tried to install a sis file on my Nokia E65. but other file(java) no problem.

It means that the given .sis file is either signed for lower capabilities than the contained binaries request, or perhaps it is not signed at all. If it is your code, check the CAPABILITY line in the .mmp.
Java is a completely different world, its security checks are different.
