Screen reader probably does not exist at all, TTS may exist in device-dependent ways.
NFC reader is part of the NFC capable SDK-s (Resources above, Tools and downloads), QR reader is widely discussed topic, you will certainly find links both in general and on this site (qr java me and qr java me site:nokia.com can be search queries, of course you may want to try with the other topics too)
