I have a problem when i want to upload my app to be publish.


ISSUE #2: SUMMARY: An error message 'Certificate not on the phone or SIM.' is displayed when launching the application.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Download and install the content.

2. Launch the application.

ACTUAL RESULT: An error message 'Certificate not on the phone or SIM.' is prompted when launching the application.

EXPECTED RESULT: Application functions well. All features are accessible.

AFFECTED DEVICES: 6280 Firmware: 06.43.

FREQUENCY REPRODUCED: 100%.


I was looking for in internet i not found any solution.

Whats is this error? how can i solve?

The app is for s40 devices.
