    how can i use Multimedia Converter 2.0 on win7 ?
    or the Multimedia Converter 2.0 has win7 version?

    It is an extremely old tool, if you check the download page it originates from 2003, and it was tested with Windows 2000 SP3 and Windows XP SP1. A thing what you can certainly try is the compatibility mode of Win 7 (right-click on the .exe, Properties, Compatibility). But do not expect too much from a 9 years old multimedia converter anyway.
