This is the only part. And as you can write here, and I can answer, its not dead.. Anyway, as the Symbian C++ development is being ramped down, there are not much activity here for it.

hi .. i need advice from admin & mods
i started learn native Symbian c++ since 6 months .. it's complicated but I'm glad to play and learn its flexible classes
during studying process .. i notice a little Symbian c++ actions on wiki & forum..also i felt that carbide c++ developers did not care
(ex: remove UI designer from v3.2) and focus on QT (i hate cross platform development does not offer what i want)
is there any planing to stop support Symbian c++ development on the feature devices ..please help me to make the right decision?

AFAIK there are no announced plans for any future devices using Symbian OS. Basically we here can only comment on things which have been officially published, so you might be asking too much information there..

The device specifications page lists devices in announcement order. If you check it now, https://www.developer.nokia.com/Devi...pecifications/, it has a single Symbian device on the front page, the Nokia 808 PureView, announced on 27 February, 2012. The second page contains 3 Symbian devices. Only the 3rd page starts to contain many, but that was 1.5 years ago already.
Support is an other question however, this remaining Symbian board is expected to stay, most of the tools are available, including some really old SDK-s, like S60 1st edition. It is also true that for example the Communicator SDK-s (both for the 9200, and for Series 80) have been removed for some reason, years ago.
