Is it possible to record a video with "slow motion" effect on Windows Phone devices(Lumia 920, 820)? I tried find some info about this feature but i found nothing.

An obvious starting point would be checking the supported range of frame rates (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/libr...v=vs.105).aspx)
