Unable to unlock 311 screen in RDA

i simply cannot pass the lock screen of the 311 in RDA (i've tried swipe with ctrl + left mouse and i've tried just left mouse and right mouse movement)
what can be done?

what firmware are you using?

Its the firmware that exists on the Nokia 311 in RDA, but i fail to see how that matter anyway.

RDA is the remote device access service (Devices above). It is about testing applications on devices you do not have. If you were going to suggest replacing the firmware, that would not be possible in this context.

Are you having problem with one 311 or have you tried other 311's that are available ?If the same issue persists with other 311's also, Pls let us know.

balagopalks: i tried with 2 different 311 on the RDA

I just myself tried a couple of them and the indeed the screen goes blank. I personally do not know the solution to this, but reporting the problem is one of the things I would do to get the attention of the concerned at the earliest(see the exclaimation mark to report problems..second from right after the question mark)

I have updated RDA team on this issue, hope they will fix it soon.

swiping the screen worked for me.

i cant unlock it no matter what i do..... i tried ctrl+left mouse, crtl+right mouse, from right to left from left to right nothing works...

I just did a double tab on my trackpad to 'hold' (I think it should be right click hold on mouse) and dragged it to right. (I dont use crtl keys)
