Requested application access not granted

Hi, I'm trying to build and install on the phone this application http://www.developer.nokia.com/Commu...3rd_Ed_FP2.zip.When I try to install it on Nokia C5_00 5MP it says "Requested application access not granted". Is there some way to make it run?
I'm Using Carbide C++ v.2.7, Building application with Phone Debug (GCCE). My SDK is S60_3rd_FP2_v1.1.

It is the SwEvent capability, that can not be self signed. Actually it is mentioned in the release notes.
You can either get a developer certificate from http://www.symbiansigned.com, that will have SwEvent enabled, or you can just comment it in the .mmp file.
