The new mobiles of nokia should be of new series and should be symbian or android or have new type of OS instead of window mobile.They should be slim and stylish with diffrent colours to compete with S3,S4 and Iphone 5s.

Note that this is a developer site in the sense that you can get the tools, documentation and support here if you plan to develop software for various Nokia products.
However the guys actually planning/creating the phones are not here.

That is not viable. Mobile phones are specialized pieces of hardware, they are designed with keeping the target platform/operating system in mind. It is not like having a PC and installing Linux, Windows, Solaris, QNX, BSD, etc. on it.
