NDS MMS tool registration

I cannot complete registration of NDS MMS tool application does not accept login and password and does not send serial number for application
Error message states "An error occurred during the registration process in the server application "

Please help

Which tool, and where did you get it from ?

There is a "Nokia Developer's Suite for MMS Version 1.1" on the serial number request page (https://www.developer.nokia.com/Reso...l_number.xhtml), but the tool itself does not seem to be hosted.

Its a very old tool not sure the serial number utility still works for that. May be you have to contact Developer Support team and they can generate the serial key for you.

Out of curiosity, why you need that tool now ?
