Can anyone guide me on How to Develop HTML5 /Web Apps or Browser based apps?


Will web apps run on windows phones like Noki Lumia 800,620 and 920 etc . If yes where can I get the proper references from ?


What are the SDK's and Tools required to develop them ?

Web apps will run on windows phone, Check PhoneGap libraries.
The process is really simple, just import phonegap library into your preferred SDK.
Once the library is imported you will have a WWW folder where you need to write the codes in HTML5.

I know phonegap and I have tried to use it earlier also.

I haven't worked on Windows SDK yet, so I can not tell you exactly where to click for importing the Lib.
Search for videos over YouTube for the process, there are bulk of them available.
One more thing, for Windows platform PhoneGap does not provide support for Barcode feature.
