Windows phone 8 app installation on phone without putting it on windows store

I would like to create a window phone 8 app and distribute it to my colleagues. Is it possible to make the application installable on their phones without them having to register their phones as developer phones.

better yet is it possible to have the app complied and installable on anyone’s phone that would like to try it out without having to go through the web store?

An easier way is to publish your app as a beta, and add your colleagues as beta testers
