[Moved]Dev Outsourcing providers

Hi,

I am looking to outsource a development of a simple app prototype for Nokia S40/Symbian. ...... From a quick look most of the developers there are focused iOS or Android. My question is if anyone knows about other outsourcing providers who might have a stronger presence of S40/Symbian developers.
