Marker click considered as Map click...

I put a marker on map and when i click on marker, it is considered as click on map and puts another marker on map..... I dont want "click on marker" considered as "click on map"...How can i achieve that?

I suppose you have observed that this discussion baord is divided into different areas. Thus please browse for the technology area which is suiting your development environment and the problem in it the best. And then ask this question again under there.

Also please show some code on how you are adding teh marked and having click event handlers seet for it.

Currently you are not explaining anything on your implementation, and also you are not even identifying which technology you are using
