Threads on windows phone [lumia 610]

Hello everyone ,
I've recently got the lumia 610. It is pretty good regarding to its price. however , I've a problem. I need to check for an old sms I've received from someone with whom i talk very much using sms. Is there any trick that allows me to search in the thread or to go back rapidly to the first messages?

As far as I know, there is no trick to search in old messages you'll have to do it manually.
