As I am getting more acquainted with Nokia WDE, I am noticing some behaviour that isn't as it should be (nothing majorly serious, thankfully).

Just wondering, is there an active bug tracker for the IDE? Are Nokia interested in getting feedback to improve the product?

Yes, you can report bugs for Web Apps / Browser and WDE and track them too.
