Socket and HTTP proxy

I was trying to develope J2ME mail client which can be installed on S40 devices. Cause they don't support sockets I need to have some HTTP proxy to make HTTPort<->socketort transmission. Anyone knows such proxy for this purpose? And what kind of proxy it must be?

I found http://locumi.enhydra.org but project too long in early state 0.1 Please help me. I only need a simple proxy for my IIS!!!
