Length of the ringtones

"The length depends on the phone model. For example 9110 can store such a long ringing tone. But most common phone models can store much shorter ringing tones.

If the phone can't save all ringing tone data, it saves as much as possible and skip the rest. "

I'm sorry but there isn't such a information available. The storage capacity may vary also between software versions and updating such a list is nearly impossible task.
