I'm sending ringtones monophonic by SCKL right now from a modem GSM but I want to send Polyphonics.

you need study the Smart Messaging encode SCKL. You can download from:

ww.forum.nokia.com

click in Smart Messaging and search the

Smart_Messaging_in_CDMA_v1_0_encode SCKL.pdf

Once that you understand the code you can send the code by sms like simple text.
If you want to use a GSM modem I recomend you that you configure your modem like Ascii.
