about language support in SMS

I found that Nokia data suite 3.0 cann't send Chinese messages.So I want write my own program to solve this question.But I cann't find any method or properties in pc connective SDK can make Chinese be supported.
Does anybody can help?

As this is not the PC connectivity section, we can't really pretend to support that, but you should be able to send Chinese characters to the phone encoded using utf-16, and sent as plain bytes in PDU mode.

If you want to give us an example, we can try to be more specific, or perhaps some of the other developers have something better to say for this.
