how do you lanch a program from within your program

i just got the nokia 9210 symbian sdk and am trying to launch another program from within my program... the sdk does have CLinkApplication and ClinkDocument, but cant figure out how to use them, any guidance would be welcom.

I am not sure how you wish to implement this but a way of launching applications from a file or may be memory is by using RApaLsSession::StartApp.
