Hello
The terms MM1, MM2, MM3, ... MM7 are taken from the 3GPP Global Initiative specifications. They define these interfaces.
These interfaces are decribed in the "3GPP; Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS); Functional description"
As of today, I believe that the most recent version is
"3GPP TS 23.140 V6.2.0 (2003-06)"
You can get 3GPP documents at http://www.3gpp.org
