channel 11 drums

has anybody had this very strange problem when using the second bank of drums on channel 11...

the first time i play back my midi (both on a 7650, AND when using the audiosuite plug in with cubase) the channel 11 part plays as a normal instrument part ...

HOWEVER..

the second time i play it (and all times after that) it plays perfectly!

wierd?!?

anybody got any clues why it wont play right first time?

I think it's occurs because you try to playback not at begining position.
