SMS Sending Error in one mobile and succesfully sent with other

Dear All,
I am having a strange problem. I have implemented the funcioanlity in JAVA to send SMS from a mobile attached to PC(according to GSM 07.07/07.07 standards).
Now it runs on one mobiles accuraltey and sms is sent but for another mobile it gives me "Unknown Error".
I have checked the PDU that i am constructing but i dont find any problems in it. Why is it so? All the other funcitoanlities of the mobile are accessible but only send message functionality gives Unknown error and doesnt send message.
I am pasting the PDU here its a simple text message containg text "hi"
0011000C912903407299150000A702E834
(its wihtout SC Address and i have also tried it by filling in SC Address)

This does not have the validity, I don't know if it has nothing to do with it, but I was able to send it...

Hi,

I have already treid this strategy. This works perfectly for the mobile that is already sending SMS with validity period , but this other mobile has some special problem. I have tried changing the DCS for it, i have tried removing the Validity Period but it doesnot work. I dont know wut sort of problem could be it. It is not even writing the message to the SIM.
Is there any special settings in the mobile for sending/wrinting SMS. This mobile is working fine for all the other commands it can read SMS change SMS settings etc etc...but cannot send SMS.

Please help me in this regard.

Hi,
The device which is working perfectly fine with all the PDUs i.e. with/without VP, with difference DCS etc...it is Siemens C35i.
The devie which is doing all the rest of things except sending/writing SMS is Siemens SL45i. I dont find any help regarding this on any of the Siemens forum. I have this feeling that there may be some setting that is troubling me.

How should these problems be related to Nokia? I'm sorry if Siemens is not providing a tech support for you, but this is a Nokia forum that deals issues related to Nokia products.
