3. We need to consider all the phone model for this and their in-built player and also third party player
4. what are the phone models that support this.
5. What would be the hardware requirement
6. an idea of capacity handling issues like how many concurrent user can watch the streaming, if we need to increase the viewer ship what should be done.
You need a streaming capable server and suitable content for streaming.
See "Video and Streaming in Nokia Phones" chapter 7 for suitable content.
You also have to optimise the content suitable for network. See "Video and Streaming Content Creation Guide" for this.
2. What are the different technologies?
I don't quite understand what you mean with "different technologies".
At the moment you can use RealNetworks own media types for streaming
from RealServer servers and 3GPP streaming (Nokia 6600) from any 3GPP-compliant server.
3. We need to consider all the phone model for this and their in-built player and also third party player.
RealOne player is available for Series 60 devices.
4. what are the phone models that support this.
Nokia 3600/3620/3650/3660 - RealNetworks media types
Nokia 6230 - 3GPP streaming
Nokia 6600 - RealNetworks media types and 3GPP streaming

Get more detailed info from chapter 7 in "Video and Streaming in Nokia Phones".
5. What would be the hardware requirement?
For streaming server issues, contact RealNetworks.
For streaming client issues, see "Video and Streaming in Nokia Phones", chapter 7.
For network capicity issues, see "Video and Streaming Content Creation Guide", chapter 4.
6. An idea of capacity handling issues like how many concurrent user can watch the streaming,
if we need to increase the viewer ship what should be done.
For RealNetworks Helix server, contact RealNetworks.
They have info of their Helix capacity handling.
