It is possible at the moment to synchronise my 8310 with a PC/Laptop??
Does any of the Data Suites support 8310?
Any other third party software that can do this?

You can download the 8310 PC Suite from Forum Nokia -> Product Support (left menu) -> Data Supported Phones

You should use the PC suite 4.3
