Help with connecting a Nokia phone via IrDA to a kiosk

Has anyone developed a service where you can download ringtones and logos to the mobile via a kiosk and using the infrared port as the connectivity medium?

I am planning to develop something like this and would like to know if there are any open source or packages or hints or tips as to how to set something up like this.

Hi,

Using the PC Connectivity SDK with the NokiaCLMessaging library it is possible to create applications, which can handle smart messaging (sending picture messge, operator logo and ring tone), but it does not offer any other solutions.
Perhaps You should ask this question at other sections on this forum.
