file input in XHTML-MP

How can I input a file on XHTML-MP? I doesnt seem supported, is there any other way to input file?

Hello!

If you mean the content upload with <input type=file> element this feature is supported at the moment with the Nokia 3200, 6220 and 7250i.

I have downloaded this document but it is not very helpful, is this using wml? I don't understand what I need to do so that I can integrate this into my xhtml page.
