I wonder if bluetooth is getting stronger once in the future, so that the 10 meter limit will be broken. There would be many more economic applications if it were so. Do you know if this will happen once? Why doesn't bluetooth work over a distance of 10 meters?

The coverage area of Bluetooth is up to 100m. It's depend on transmission power. In normal mode, coverage area is 10 m with 1mW power. The range will be 100 m if transmission power is 100 mW. But smaller cell provide more thoughput and more secure.
