I can not find passcode for 6210 (bluetooth connectivity pack)

Having read a previous thread where the answer was that the passcode is under the battery hatch I tried to find it but to no avail.

I found all of the following under the battery in the pack.

00E003245F45

None work.

The helpdesk where I bought it from said that it is the code of the phone but this doesn't work either.

Can anyone help
