LabView Remote Panels

Is it possible to view a LabView Remote Panel in the Nokia 3650 browser?
The Remote panel is downloaded in a website but whenever I try to download this site to the phone, it gives an error message.

They say it could possibly work if I use their internet toolkit (which I don't have) and use CGI scripts to interact with the page, but apparently the Nokia 3650 does not support this technology.

Their runtime engine runs on Windows, Mac, Solaris and Linux. The 3650 runs on Symbian.

At this time I don't see it possible.
