DCE_RDX output low level, min 0.0 V max 0.65 V
output high level, min 2.0 V max 2.9 V

DCE_DTR input low level, min 0 V max 0.5 V
input high level, min 2.0 V max 2.9 V

DCE_DCD output low level, min 0.0 V max 0.65 V
output high level, min see specification max 2.9 V
