what is a cone 8 error?

when i close my application i get a cone 8 error. there is no mention of it in the sdk help file. any clues?

It's ECoePanicWservResourceNotFreed, your application leaves some resources behind, these might be for example bitmaps.

I think this is a memory leak.... Check your destructor properly and delete the allocated resources while exiting your process.

You may benefit from getting a calendar. The question has been already answered more than 6 years ago. And CONE 8 is actually documented in current SDK-s anyway.
