OMA Bootstrap setting for NOKIA 6600

Hi

I'm a new user. I'm a QC, testing OTA server. I need help regarding bootstrapping.

1. What parameters are compulsory for bootstrap document.

2. Can anybody send me a sample xml bootstrap document. I tried to send a OMA bootstrap document with application characteristics for mms, which I had taken from OMA spec, but I'm not been able to send send mms from the device.
