CSendAs and Sending Mail Immediately

All,

My N3650 app uses CSendAs and writes mail successfully to Outbox. How can I send it immediately? The doc on the CMsvOperation and the associated AOs is very confusing and nothing I seem to do works. Does anyone have a real, working chunk of code that they could post/send? I only have about 2 hairs left from this and I do not want to pull them out 8-).
