Which is the Best C++

Hi,
i want to buy a C++ compiler for developing apps with the 60 series, but please which one is the best one for this? MS Visual C++ or Borland C++?

Hi,

Technical requirements for Series 60 SDK include Microsoft Visual C++ Version 6.0, because tools
within the SDK are integrated to work with Microsoft Visual C++.
